RFAS October First Friday!

Raleigh Fine Arts Society will coordinate the October First Friday event: free and open to the public!

Co-jurors for this year’s exhibition are Dr. Valerie Hillings of the North Carolina Museum of Art and Dr. Paul Baker of the Contemporary Art Museum Raleigh. They have selected 79 works by NC artists working in a wide variety of mediums. Dr. Hillings and Dr. Baker will discuss their selections for the exhibition during First Friday at CAM at 6pm. Following their talk, Dasan Ahanu, 2023 Piedmont Laureate of North Carolina, will perform.
