Hopscotch: Chulo

Born in New York City, Terrance Phipps, more commonly known as Chulo, is a local hip-hop artist on the rise. Raised in a single parent home, Chulo moved to Raleigh with his mother when he was young, and he credits her for passing her love of music to him.
