CAM Raleigh’s November First Friday program includes after-hours access to the galleries, “Ask Me” student docents in GirlTalk, a book swap in the museum lobby, a hands-on activity at the creation station, music by DJ Made of Oak part of CAM Raleigh’s new First Friday DJ series curated by J. Yu, food trucks, and a cash bar.
First Friday admission is $5 and FREE to all members, children 10 and under, and NC State College of Design students, faculty and staff.
November 2 First Friday Schedule:
Porchetta and Baguettaboutit food trucks in the courtyard from 6:00–10:00 p.m.
Creation Station open in the classroom from 6:30–9:00 p.m.
Student Docents in GirlTalk from 6:30–8:30 p.m.
DJ Made of Oak from 7:00–10:00 p.m.
Book Swap in the lobby from 6:00–9:30 p.m.
Museum open until 10:00 p.m.
About the First Friday DJ:
Nicholas Sanborn is a musician and dj who recently moved to the triangle from Milwaukee, WI. He currently performs in the groups Megafaun, Collections of Colonies of Bees, and Cedar AV, as well as solo under the name Made of Oak.
